Team-Building Adventure Breaks - UK

Our team building Mojo Adventure breaks are designed to take people out of their comfort zone to break down barriers, improve communication, trust and increase confidence, motivation and self-esteem. We cover all water sports and outdoor activities, as well as wellness and exploring. Catering for any age, ability, and group size we provide all the right ingredients for your team getaway, which is not only effective, but fun and memorable too.

Our 3 night mid-week adventure breaks offer a choice of 3 stunning locations, the Lake District National Park in Cumbria, Snowdonia in North Wales and The Brecon Beacons in South Wales. We make everything tailor-made for your team, using our expert knowledge and network to deliver the perfect stress-free retreat. All activities have been tried and tested, including group accommodation, food and drink. Everything can be specially planned and designed to suit your team’s requirements.

Company 20th Anniversary in Majorca

To celebrate a milestone anniversary, Mojo organised flights/transfers, hotels, conference and activities for 350 employees from a UK based company. Activities varied in intensity to accommodate everyone’s interests, and included:

  • go karting
  • beach volleyball
  • high ropes
  • water sports
  • sailing regatta
  • trekking
  • sight seeing
  • coastal walks

A key highlight was the gala dinner at a 17th century Finca up in the mountains.

Country Pursuits in Oxford - Refresco

Mojo organised activities for 70 clients including:

  • sheepdog duck herding
  • quad bike skills courses
  • archery
  • clay pigeon shooting.

Watery Wye Valley for 300 people

A special event including two nights’ camping in teepees, catering in a central marquee and plenty of fun including:

  • orienteering
  • raft building
  • kayaking
  • volley ball
  • oh and digging out the legwarmers and dodgy perms to dance to the 80s band.

Surf's Up in Croyde

To celebrate a good year, 50+ staff from a Bristol based company wanted to go camping in Croyde and have some fun in the sea. Mojo organised:

  • minibus transport
  • secured exclusive use of a Croyde campsite
  • bell tents for those without camping equipment
  • BBQ, evening meals
  • activities including deep sea fishing, surfing, coasteering, paddle boarding and rafting.

Cabin Fever in the Forest of Dean for 35 people

Luxury cabins each with a private hot tub, set in ancient oak woodlands. A whole host of country and outdoor pursuits on the doorstep including canoeing and white water rafting on the magnificent River Wye, topped off with seasonal local foods and lovely country pubs.

Gran Canaria - GE Oil and Gas Ltd

We took 50 clients to Gran Canaria for three days to celebrate the completion of a successful project. A truly multinational delegation came from Africa, Europe and the USA. Mojo organised:

  • all logistics, accommodation, catering and entertainment
  • a fantastic beach party
  • the company conference at a local hotel
  • varied activities including sailing and VW Beetle racing
