Mojo Active does this on the basis of legitimate interest or on the basis of contract for booked activities. Mojo Active uses Mailchimp as it’s marketing automation platform which includes data collection (via sign up forms) storage of personal data in order to allow Mojo Active to create and use distribution lists, send marketing email campaigns and place on-line advertisements. • Mojo Active will keep your data for 7 years from the date of your last attendance at a Mojo Active event/session, in line with our insurance requirements.

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Mojo active will never sell your personal data to third parties. If required by law, we may need to disclose your personal information to third parties (such as the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors). This will only happen in response to a valid request in compliance with the UK law.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and offline at the Mojo Active Headquarters.
