Fitness at Mojo Active

Tired of having to motivate yourself? Our friendly instructors are on hand to improve your fitness and mobility using well-recognised techniques perfected in the military. From military-style boot camp to circuits and obstacle race training, we can incorporate elements such as our vertical wall, scramble net, “A” Frame, cargo nets and rope swings to keep your body and mind on its toes. Junior sessions for children over 7 years run at the same time so the whole family can come and get fit at Mojo Active.

Sessions start on Tuesday 20 April 2021: 1730 - 1830hrs.

Mojo Active Circuit Training

Circuit Training

An hour long session starting with a thorough and fun warm up, followed by 30 – 40 minutes of a high intensity cardio vascular workout, combined with specific local muscular endurance exercises. Please bring water, towel, mat and antibac hand gel.

  • Tuesdays (from 20th April 2021) 1730 – 1830hrs
  • £6.00 per session (pay for 5 consecutive sessions upfront & get 6th session free)
  • age 16+ (see below for kids circuits)
  • all abilities welcome

Junior Fitness

Mojo Cory will be running a kids (7 - 15 years) fitness session at the same time. This will be a great opportunity for the children to get fitter, de-stress from a day at school and improve overall mental well-being.

  • £4 per session (pay for 5 consecutive sessions upfront & get 6th session free)
