Tired of having to motivate yourself? Our friendly (but firm) instructors are on hand to improve your fitness and agility using well-recognised techniques perfected in the military. From military-style boot camp to circuits and obstacle race training, we can incorporate elements such as our vertical wall, scramble net, A Frame, cargo nets and rope swings to keep your body and mind on its toes.
Weekly sessions start Tuesday 2nd April 2019 1800 - 1900hrs.
Sessions typically last for an hour, starting with a thorough and fun warm up, followed by 30 – 40 minutes of a high intensity cardio vascular workout, combined with specific local muscular endurance exercises.

Mojo Cory will also be running a kids (7 - 13 years) fitness session at the same time. This will be a great opportunity for the children to get fitter, de-stress from a day at school and improve overall mental well-being.
