Whether it’s integrating new pupils at key transition times e.g moving to secondary, or teaching the children the benefits of team work, we are one of the few centres in the area that can provide dedicated instruction for your students. With individually-tailored programmes, to cater for all ages and abilities, we have developed a fun and engaging range of practical activities to encourage:
See activity choices below
Your group has been stranded… can you survive? Your priorities are fire, shelter, water and food. You must complete the trials and earn points to use as currency. How will you fare against the assault course, crate stack, archery and high ropes? And should you use your points on extra time, knowledge or material, such as fire making kit, water containers or tarpaulin? There is everything to play for as you learn about prioritising, time management, leadership and teamwork!
Prepare to be challenged: Your team must complete 4 trials to earn as many points as possible. Each trial begins with cryptic clues and puzzles that you must solve by completing outdoor activities such as crate stack, orienteering, tunnel maze and a command task on the assault course. You’ll have 60 minutes to complete each trial before moving on; testing your strategy, leadership, problem solving, patience, humour and skill… you have been warned.
“We started working with Mojo Active this academic year (2016) and it could not have been easier. Their organisation has taken almost all of the hassle of running an off site activity away and they have been extremely flexible in meeting the needs of our pupils We have sent groups ranging from Yr7 through to Yr11 and all of our pupils have thoroughly enjoyed the experiences on offer. The staff are always full of energy and get the pupils going as soon as you arrive on site, I would 100% recommend giving it a go, get outside and have some fun!”
