Keeping staff and clients safe at Mojo Active

Here at Mojo Active, the safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. After months of intensive work prior to re-opening at the start of July 2020, we have implemented new procedures and processes to ensure when you come to Mojo Active, your time with us will be both safe and enjoyable.

Since implementing our new measures, we’ve successfully run a number of the Holiday clubs, giving children fantastic outdoor adventures, hosted many family activities, team-building and local schools and the feedback has been incredibly positive: Your staff were so professional and it felt an incredibly safe environment. It was great to see the kids having fun outdoors and they were all buzzing. ” J.L

We continuously monitor and adhere to government and industry COVID 19 advice and update our protocols as required.

Shared Responsibility

All companies have to adapt to ensure the risks of spreading the virus are minimised and whilst we are keen to return to business as usual, we want to reassure you of the steps we have implemented to keep our customers and staff safe. It is also important to note UK Government guidance clearly demonstrates a shared responsibility to lower the transmission of the virus. Therefore we ask the public visiting Mojo Active to also do their part as no measures taken by a company can be fully effective without the public’s cooperation and collaboration.

Current Government Guidelines confirm that if you’re fully vaccinated or under 18 you no longer need to self-isolate after close contact with someone who has COVID-19. However, if you have symptoms you should still isolate and take a PCR test. Industry Expertise

First and foremost Mojo Active has been involved in a large working group made up of over 50 different organisations within the outdoor industry. This group has worked tirelessly to ensure the outdoor services we provide can be run as safely as possible, based on the learnings from other European countries.

We would encourage all our customers and staff to be alert, responsible and sensible. If you or anyone in your household are showing any symptoms of coronavirus then please do not attend Mojo Active but follow medical advice, self-isolate and take a PCR test.
