Putting sports clubs through their paces

Our instructors can work alongside your coaches to help improve your team’s fitness and agility using well-recognised military techniques. From boot camp to circuits and obstacle race training, we can incorporate elements such as our vertical wall, scramble net, A-Frame, cargo nets and rope swings to keep your body and mind on its toes. We also have a number of team challenges to really test how well members work together. For all group activities, we can arrange a range of catering options and transport within the Bristol area.

Team Development

We partner with local teams in a range of sports such as football, rugby and karate. Our Activities Director has over thirteen years of experience specialising in Crewman Resource Management. This experience and training can be directly related to maximising the output of high performance teams, in order to bring teams closer together through solidarity-growing exercises. He can also design a personal training plan that prepares your key muscle groups so that they support your body and keep you match fit.

Circuit Training

Our ex military instructors have trained troops to maintain operational capabilities in some of the world’s toughest environments, so why not tap into this wealth of experience in order to achieve your training goals? Sessions typically last for an hour, starting with a thorough warm up, followed by 30 – 40 minutes of a high intensity cardio vascular workout, combined with specific local muscular endurance exercises.

End of Season Fun Day

Bring teams, coaches, families and friends down to Mojo to celebrate the end of the season. We have hosted activity days for small and large groups, and these can be tailored to your requirements. We can offer catering and entertainment options in addition to use of the activities on site.

Hiring of our portable 7.3m climbing wall (fully staffed) for use at your annual tournaments or end of season club events can also be arranged. Prices start at £400 + vat, contact us for more information.
