Mojo Active are looking for part-time Activity Instructors to lead and deliver activities. If you love the outdoors, then escape the ordinary and get ready to dive into nature with this amazing opportunity to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team.

The role is physical and demanding so you’ll have to be fit and have an abundance of energy. You will be instructing and taking groups on a range of outdoor activities. One minute you could be putting corporate clients through their paces on our military assault course, the next you could be demonstrating commando rolls and having a Nerf war for a 10-year-olds birthday party.

In joining Mojo Active you’ll feel a great sense of camaraderie and connectedness within the team, and we’re committed to training you to our high standards with our in-house training programme.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A positive, ‘customer-first’ attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm
  • Someone confident working independently but also a great team player
  • A cheerful, can-do personality – even under pressure
  • Must like working outdoors (in all weather) and have a good head for heights
  • Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and ability to diligently follow procedures
  • Access to reliable transport (our site has very limited public transport access)

PAY & HOURS

  • Competitive pay rates
  • You will be working some weekdays and must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays on a flexible basis, this means that your hours of work could vary each week either working one day of the weekend or both
  • A full day of work is typically 8.30am – 5pm.

All Instructor positions are subject to satisfactory references, proof of right to work in the UK, and an enhanced DBS check
