Holiday Club Awesome Adventure Days

Looking for something a bit different this school break? Our Holiday Club Awesome Adventure Days are packed with excitement, challenge, and fun for children aged 7 to 14 years. Each season brings a new adventure. From thrilling on-site activities like High Ropes, Survival Day, and Extreme Day, to unforgettable trips out for Paddle-boarding, Kayaking, Scuba Diving, Surfing at Saunton Sands, and Coasteering in Ilfracombe.

We also offer local adventure trips to Ninja Warrior, AirHop, BLOC and Laser Quest — all with our expert instructors and transport included. Sessions are suitable for beginners unless stated otherwise, so everyone can join in the fun!

Supporting Every Child: We proudly welcome children with special educational needs (SEND) and those who receive one-to-one support at school. Please note: some children may require one-to-one support at the Holiday Club at an additional cost. Please call 01454 660075 before booking to discuss your child’s needs.

OFSTED Registered & Childcare Vouchers: We’re OFSTED registered, which means we can accept childcare vouchers for Holiday Club bookings. To find our childcare provider unique code, please visit the Childcare Voucher Scheme tab above.

Cancellations: made more than 48 hours before the start of a booked session will receive a full credit redeemable against a future Holiday Club booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

High Ropes Adventure

Kids will love tackling the Mojo Active 15-stage High Ropes Adventure Course, set in our private woodland.

The structure is between 3 and 5 meters high and begins with an exciting climb up a Burma Bridge to reach the treetops. Once up high, children will enjoy: zip wiring through the trees, balancing on rickety bridges, scaling the “Islands in the Sky” and plenty of challenges to test confidence and coordination!

All children receive full instruction and safety equipment from our qualified instructors to ensure a fun and secure experience.

Height Requirement: Children must be over 1.30m tall to take part. Height will be checked by staff on arrival. If a child is under 1.30m, we cannot guarantee a place on the regular Holiday Club session.

SURFING at SAUNTON SANDS (10 YEARS +)

Join us for a fun day trip to Saunton Sands beach, North Devon, surfing the waves followed by some beach games. The wave conditions in Saunton are perfect for all levels of surfing, widely regarded as the best location for learning to surf in North Devon. We will be joining Saunton surf school who will teach us the basics of surfing. After the lesson we will have some active beach games before heading home. PLEASE NOTE: Children will need to be dropped off at our Mojo Active HQ in Almondsbury @ 08:15hrs for the trip with pickup in the afternoon @ 17:15hrs (the Downs/BGS minibus or wrap-around care are not applicable to this trip).

MOJO SURVIVAL DAY (7 YRS +)

Get ready to go wild on our thrilling Survival Day! Your priorities? Fire, shelter, water, and food. Learn essential survival skills in the great outdoors: Build an effective shelter, taking into account wind direction and flood risk; Master archery for “catching” your food; practice fire building and fire-lighting to cook and keep warm; make damper bread, gut a fish, and cook both over the fire!
