Viking Session
Let your students come and experience life as a Viking and learn key facts about their way of life. Many Vikings were renowned fearsome fighters and pupils will be able to test their sharp shooting skills on our archery range and then play the “raid for treasure game” to see if they are as successful as the Vikings in stealing treasure. The children will also learn how the Vikings honoured their dead, and re-enact a Viking burial by sending their treasure down-river.
The 2 hour session can be tailored accordingly to meet specific learning outcomes and costs £14.50 pp + vat with no charge for staff. We have 2 minibuses each seating 16 and can collect/return your class from school. Return journey from £110 + vat per bus within the North Bristol area
