Boost your vitamin D!

Lighter Evenings, Sunnier Days…

Love Spring! Love the daffodils, love the lighter and longer days and more recently we’re loving the sunshine! From now until end of September it should be possible to get all your daily vitamin D from the sun, which is important as vitamin D helps regulate the nutrients which keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy.

So with that in mind, we bring you news of Mojo activities which will encourage you all to enjoy the great outdoors and top up those Vitamin D levels! But first, here’s an update on the brilliant Mojo Muddy Madness event that took place recently in aid of Red Nose Day.

Mojo Muddy Madness

Thank You

We just wanted to say thank you so much to all those who attended Mojo Muddy Madness on the 24th & 25th March. The sun was shining and you all were heroic in taking on the tricky and somewhat wet and muddy obstacles around the course. The children especially did brilliantly and we hope you all enjoyed the event.

We have loads of photos of the event on our Facebook page and as always, we’d love to hear how you found the event. Hopefully we will do another one nearer the end of the year so do let us know if you have any recommendations. We would love to see as many of you back again later this year!

Fitness for the Family…

Every Tuesday we are now running our Mojo Assault Fit Circuits. This will run every Tuesday from 6 - 7 pm and will give you a good cardio and strengthening work-out. Running alongside this will be a kids-specific fitness session for children aged 7 to 13 years. Sessions cost £3.50 and can be paid on the day.
